Waste Radiator Recycling Line (System)Enerpat’s waste radiator recycling line uses a modular layout. The line includes a chain conveyor, dual shaft shredder, hammer mill, magnetic separator, air separator and pulse dust collection system. All units are enclosed and fitted with dust extraction, keeping the whole recycling process clean and pollution free.Processing Concept Discarded radiators go into the shredder first, where they are cut into small even pieces. A magnetic separator pulls out the iron. An air separator then splits copper from aluminum, allowing the metals to be reused. Steel Chain Feeding ConveyorTwo Shafts Shredder

Hammer Mill
- Shreds radiators into smaller pieces
- Fitted with parts from leading brands such as SIEMENS motors, BONENG gearboxes, SCHNEIDER electrics and SKF bearings
- Cutting knives use German grade steel like Hardox or Dillinger
Vibration Table
- Heavy duty cutter shafts are protected with HARDOX 500 wear plate
- The welded crushing chamber receives full stress relief annealing, followed by CNC machining and line boring, so the unit can run under continuous heavy load
- Internal sensors detect uncrushable objects and tell the crusher to eject them automatically
- The screen slides on rails; loosen eight screws and pull it out with a forklift to swap it in about two minutes
- A hydraulic system makes hammer and pin changes quick and easy
- Special springs mounted under the frame cut vibration while the machine is working
