Product Description
Pocket Coils Recycling Line The ENERPAT pocket spring recycling line relies on manual loading, which keeps daily operation simple while delivering high throughput. It cuts the environmental burden of used mattresses and squeezes the most value out of every part. We give customers a fast green and cost-smart way to handle pocket springs and push the circular economy forward. Rough shred Used mattresses travel on a rubber belt into a twin-shaft shredder that breaks them down to smaller than 50×800 mm, laying the groundwork for the next stages. Fine grind and wire pull The chips drop into a wire separator that mills them to under 80 mm while stripping spring steel from bits of cloth and foam. Magnetic pick up After fine size-reduction the mix runs under a magnetic separator that lifts out the spring steel along with a small amount of fabric and foam. Z sorter and clean up The stream then enters a Z sorter. A negative-pressure flow removes most remaining cloth and foam, leaving high-purity spring steel ready for reuse with full load-bearing strength.
