Lithium Ion Battery Recycling System The ENERPAT® Li-ion Battery Recycling System brings together a feed unit, crusher, fire suppression, inspection and service modules, and smart monitoring. A lift moves the batteries into a sealed buffer chamber, where nitrogen is injected at once to cut the oxygen level. When the oxygen drops below 5 percent, a valve opens and the batteries enter the nitrogen-shielded crusher, where they are shredded to about 30 mm (discharge size adjustable). The fragments fall through the hopper and are carried to the next stage by an auger conveyor. Product Applications
