Hammer Mill Recycling Line
ENERPAT’s hammer mill line is built on a modular platform. Each machine runs independently while cooperating smoothly with the next, giving the system flexible control, smart design and a compact footprint. The layout can be tailored to the plant floor and production goals. Scrap metal first enters the mill where it is broken into smaller pieces. The material then travels over a vibrating feeder that screens it and feeds it evenly to a magnetic separator, which removes ferrous metal. The remaining stream moves to an eddy current separator that splits nonferrous metal from nonmetal. The line delivers clean ferrous, nonferrous and residue outputs, with ferrous purity above 98 percent.Product Applications

Steel Chain Feeding ConveyorHammer Mill
- The steel chain belt stays steady and handles heavy scrap metal with ease
- The motor drives the shaft directly for higher efficiency
- Linked to the PLC panel, the belt speed adjusts to the hammer mill’s workload
Vibration Table
- Rugged cutter shafts are shielded by HARDOX 500 wear plates
- After the crushing chamber is welded it undergoes full stress-relief annealing, then is finish-machined and bored on CNC equipment to ensure reliable long-term service under heavy load
- Built-in sensors spot uncrushable objects and tell the crusher to eject them automatically
- The screen runs on rails. Loosen eight screws, pull it out with a forklift, and swap screens in about two minutes
- A hydraulic pack lets you change hammers and pins quickly and safely
- Special springs under the crusher greatly cut operating vibration
