ACSR crushing and sorting line

Enerpat’s modular ACSR crushing & sorting line features a disc crusher, auto-feed unit, primary shredder, dust collection system, and magnetic separator. A fully enclosed dust hood seals the equipment, keeping the whole recycling process clean and pollution-free.

Processing Concept

The ENERPAT ACSR crushing and sorting line follows a modular layout. It includes a round hopper, automatic feed system, shredder, dust collection unit and magnetic separator. An enclosed dust control setup keeps the whole recycling operation clean and free of pollution.

Round Rable

Used to store ACSR wire, saving labor when the production line runs.

ACSR Wire Shredder

This shredder is built for ACSR conductors. Cutters tailored to the steel strands in the core slice through every size of ACSR quickly and with minimal labor.

Conveyor

The conveyor keeps material flowing to the shredder without a break. Its moving belt carries the load straight into the machine.

Magnetic Separator

The magnetic separator uses a conveyor belt with a high-strength magnet fixed above the center of the belt. It pulls iron from the material flow and drops it off the side of the belt.

Dust Collection System

The baghouse dust collector is a dry system for catching fine, dry, nonfibrous dust. Large particles settle into the hopper under gravity, while smaller particles are caught in the filter media, cleaning the air stream. The clean air then passes through the bags and vents to atmosphere.

Control Cabinet

Every electrical meter in the power control cabinet is a genuine Schneider unit. The cabinet starts on reduced voltage. Each push button nameplate is aluminum and printed in both Chinese and English.
